At Motor City DNA & Background Services, we are committed to delivering reliable, accurate, and professional service. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
All DNA testing services are custom-processed and lab-based. Once a test is scheduled and/or collected, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to appointment no-shows, changed outcomes, or client dissatisfaction.
Fingerprinting services are also non-refundable once the session has been completed.
However, if your FD-258 fingerprint card is rejected by a state or federal agency due to unreadable prints, we offer the following:
One-time complimentary reprint session
Client must provide official documentation or rejection letter showing the prints were deemed unacceptable
Reprint must be scheduled within 14 days of the rejection notice
This one-time courtesy reprint applies only to fingerprinting and does not apply to client errors or misuse of the fingerprint card after delivery.
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule appointments.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
